“Too much of anything is bad, but too much of good whiskey is barely enough” - Mark Twain

The Stockton experience offers a change of pace from the typical HK hustle and flow. Drawing inspiration from several era’s pre and post 1800s, this speakeasy provides a comfortable environment where locals and ex-pats mingle over an impressive spread of craft cocktails. This “den-like” watering hole provides a variety of comfortable seating for groups of all sizes, there’s also a private cigar room in the back where many of HK’s new elite can be found enjoying a discreet chilled out experience. Stockton’s cocktails focus on Rum, Gin, and Whiskey..and we like the Bitter Bitch. Named after Queen Elizabeth, this Gin based beauty features Limoncello, orange juice, orange peels and Angostura for that extra kick of sour face. Don’t be turned off by the line, this place is worth the wait.
