1 can cream style corn
2 cups chicken broth
1-3 eggs (based on personal preference)
Dash of white pepper
3 tablespoons of shredded chicken
Add cream style corn, chicken broth, salt, and pepper to a medium size pot and bring to a boil.
Thicken with cornstarch liquid (1 tablespoon cornstarch + 1 tablespoon water, mix well).
Lower to medium-high heat and add shredded chicken.
Lower to simmer and add 1-3 beaten eggs, gently stir for 30 seconds.
Turn off heat.
Add a few drops of sesame oil.
Ready to serve with or without rice. Simple, easy, and ready to consume. Nom Nom!
