A green tea infused cocktail dreamt up by the one and only Shingo from Speaklow in Shanghai. Pushing the boundaries of rum and relaxation, this cocktail is creative in its simplicity. In this case, less is more.



  • Matcha Green Tea Powder

  • 1.5oz Bacardi 8year Rum

  • 1.5oz Pedro Ximenez Sherry



  • Step 1:

    • Add green tea powder to bowl.

    • Add Rum.

    • Add Sherry.

    • Mix well with brush.

  • Step 2:

    • Add to cocktail shaker with ice, shake well.

    • Filter and pour over ice in cocktail glass.


Refreshing and smooth, you’ll be dreaming of green tea for weeks. Enjoy.
