Unlike most coffee shops in LA, the Arts District roastery focuses on single origin drip coffee rather than espresso. Instead of getting your face blown off by bitterness, you can chill on a stool in their industrial-sparse digs and sip on some mellow Costa Rican brew. The wifi flows as freely as the black stuff, but laptop lingering shouldn't be the goal (that's caffeination).
