There’s no shortage of watering holes in Tokyo, but there’s only one fairy-themed bar with drinks as magical as the décor. Author Ashley Sutton based his bar concept on a series of fantasy books of the same name. A transplant from Thailand, Iron Fairies Ginza has the same artistic sensibilities from the original location. A swarm of faux butterflies hang from the ceiling - little statues of iron fairies and bottles of magic dust permeate the space.  Creative cocktails echo the ethereal vibe. A dash of yuzu vinegar, a dusting of yuzu zest and homemade ginger beer add some flair to the Fairytale Mule. The Pink Tako features cranberry infused gin, cranberry cordial and a pickled octopus garnish. We could go on, but you get the idea – not every day there’s a pickled octopus in your drink.
